In Case of a Damaged Item?

To be eligible for a damage claim, you must:

  • Record a complete unboxing video upon receiving the package.
  • Show the parcel clearly from all sides before opening, including the shipping label.
  • Ensure the video is continuous and uncut (no pauses or edits).
  • Capture the entire opening process on camera.
  • Thoroughly inspect the jewellery in the video and clearly show any damage observed.

Please note:

  • Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
  • Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be considered valid.

This process helps us verify transit-related damage and resolve genuine cases fairly and efficiently.
