In Case of a Damaged Item?
To be eligible for a damage claim, you must:
- Record a complete unboxing video upon receiving the package.
- Show the parcel clearly from all sides before opening, including the shipping label.
- Ensure the video is continuous and uncut (no pauses or edits).
- Capture the entire opening process on camera.
- Thoroughly inspect the jewellery in the video and clearly show any damage observed.
Please note:
- Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.
- Videos recorded after the package has already been opened will not be considered valid.
This process helps us verify transit-related damage and resolve genuine cases fairly and efficiently.
